We’re looking for 15 ambitious WOMEN in FLEET who are willing to undergo a 28 day journey to get into the best shape of their lives and be ready to make 2020 their best year yet
Over the next 28 days, we’ll take you through every aspect of the strength, cardio, and nutrition that’s needed to make this your fittest year yet.
🙋♀You must be willing and able to follow a plan made for you that has been tried, tested and proven to deliver great results
🤸🏼♀You need to be able to dedicate at least 2-3 times a week to workout
🌮You must be willing to stick to an easy-to-follow eating plan (without having to count calories)
👭You should be ready to exercise with other amazing WOMEN just like you
Here’s what you will get;
✅3 Training Sessions with us each week. 2 semi private PT sessions and 1 team training session
Various Times available. We keep groups set so that you can build confidence with the same people every week
✅We offer weight loss solutions which suit you. Brilliantly effective, but not overly restrictive. Most of all we keep you accountable throughout the 6 weeks so you can watch the Ibs disappear. We take full segmental body statistics at the beginning and end of the course.
✅On the days you’re not at The Club, we guide and support you with everything from recipes to little exercises to help put your results into fast-forward. We will also create a supportive and motivational community so that you stay on track, and stay motivated.
We are all about the community at The Club studio. We encourage all levels to join us, and we keep classes intimate so you get all the attention you need! You will never feel so well looked after in an exercise environment.
