✅We offer weight loss solutions which suit you. Brilliantly effective, but not overly restrictive. Most of all we keep you accountable throughout the 6 weeks so you can watch the Ibs disappear. We take full segmental body statistics at the beginning and end of the course.
✅On the days you’re not at The Club, we guide and support you with everything from recipes to little exercises to help put your results into fast-forward. We will also create a supportive and motivational community so that you stay on track, and stay motivated.
