Introduction to PT sessions and classes at The Club

Providing motivation, support and a clearly defined route to success, personal trainers’ Lyndsey Harwood and Ben Knight are on hand to help you achieve tangible results from your training.

The Club studio offers a relaxed environment to train in and is decked out with the latest exercise equipment available. Working in this unique setting, both trainers will help you train towards achieving all your health & fitness goals in the quickest way possible. If you’ve already achieved your fitness goals and need a bit of help with finding a new goal, or perhaps are recovering from an injury, The Club has the expertise to help with that too.

The Club studio is located in the heart of Church Crookham and is easily accessible from Farnborough, Aldershot, Fleet and Camberley.

Ben Knight

Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach

Ben is a highly experienced personal trainer with a vast amount of experience in training clients with specific goals of weight loss and changing the way they look. He has been in the health and fitness industry working in several gym and running several of his own fitness studios before joining up with Lyndsey to open Fit Body In 6 Transformation and Indoor cycling studio.

Being an expert in weight loss transformations led to Ben working for one of the industries biggest fitness stars writing well over a 1000 nutrition and training plans for their clients.

As well as working with clients who want to lose weight he has also helped many clients whose goals are to increase muscle mass and increase their strength.

Outside of work you will find Ben…in some form of gym training him self. He knows what it takes to get results, but he also enjoys himself (we are big fans of that)! So, If you can’t find him at the gym…he may just be out and about enjoying a beer and eating pizza. Results and Fun- now that’s what we all dream of!

Lyndsey Harwood

Lyndsey Harwood

BSc (MED)(HONS) Exercise Science (Biokinetics)

A highly experienced massage therapist with a strong background in Exercise Science and injury rehabilitation, Lyndsey has been working in the health and fitness industry since 2005. With a special interest in chronic pain treatment and prevention, as well as injury rehabilitation, Lyndsey will work with you to create a comprehensive treatment plan that addresses not only your pain or tension, but also its source.

Outside of work, Lyndsey is a keen sportswoman and, while still living in South Africa, represented her province (county) in tennis, swimming and hockey. In addition to running Fleet Sports Therapy, Lyndsey is also director at The Club, Fleet’s only body transformation studio, which offers small group training, personal training, and other fitness related activities. At the studio, Lyndsey also works with clients on injury rehabilitation and sports specific training. She’s recently been achieved a distinction in her BTec Level 6 Clinical Massage qualification, which is also the highest qualification you can receive in massage.  When’s she is not helping her clients or, on the hockey pitch, or cheering people on at The Club, she spends time with her dog Yogi, who joins her on her runs and helps her with her hill training and agility, jumping around her feet and racing her to the top of the hill.
