I am grateful for the opportunity given to be part of The Club. I love teaching and I love seeing the fantastic results our members achieve. “I fell in love with exercise when I first started getting involved with running, obstacle races, and bootcamps in my early 20’s. I loved the feel of support the groups gave me as well as the confidence exercise gave me. I wanted to help others find a passion for getting more active and challenge themselves to see what they can achieve.

The Club has the supportive feel that I myself had enjoyed when first starting out, and am keen to promote what The Club is all about. When I started taking a few classes, everybody was so welcoming and accepting of me as a new trainer, which just shows what a great community we have.

In my spare time (besides staying active), I enjoy a long walk and pub lunch with my husband. I can sometimes be found doing a long sunday morning run in the countryside with some mates after a night of too much booze
